Kyle Squillace

Senior Industry Advisor, Central-West Indiana

Responsibilities:

Kyle is the Senior Industry Advisory of Central-West Indiana for Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). He works with organizations throughout the central and western regions of the state to provide trusted consultation, coaching/mentoring, training, and technical assistance services. Through the complete offering of Purdue MEP services, Kyle delivers high-value, cost-effective solutions to drive improvement, streamline processes, spur growth, and ultimately increase competitiveness. He is adept at using his past manufacturing background and experience to identify opportunities that uniquely fit each organization’s current and future challenges.

Background:

Prior to his role as Senior Industry Advisor, Kyle spent four years at Purdue MEP as a Technology Acceleration Specialist focusing on assisting manufacturers in incorporating advanced manufacturing capabilities into their operations.

In addition, Kyle has 14 years of experience working in manufacturing environments including automotive supply chain, consumer product, and rapid prototyping facilities. His past positions include Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Project Manager, and Operations Manager. While at Impressive Prototypes, he led expansion efforts in onboarding additional additive manufacturing equipment while training personnel in other areas including CNC Milling and Laser Cutting.

Kyle earned his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trine University. He also has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Purdue MEP) and is a Certified Additive Manufacturing Technician (Society of Manufacturing Engineers).
