Michelle is responsible for the coordination and execution of all Purdue MEP public workshops and events to introduce and connect businesses to the offerings of the MEP Center. Within this role, she coordinates facilities and vendors, develops and executes event plans, and handles the entire registration process. She routinely implements best practices for MEP public events through team collaboration, problem solving, and excellent communication skills.
Michelle has over 35 years of client customer service and administrative office support expertise. Her strong communication, organizational, project management skills, and “can do” attitude allow her to perform high quality and quantity of work throughout our Center. She excels at communication with all parties and ensures the best experience for the Center’s clients at all events. Michelle's previous experience includes executive, human resources, and operational support, as well as the implementation of company best practices and adherence to all policy guidelines and customer service focuses, goals, and objectives.
