Senior Program Administration Specialist

Responsibilities:

Samanthi is responsible for monitoring, administering, and supporting programs that facilitate achieving MEP objectives. She participates in developing and implementing program policies, processes, and procedures related to grant administration, federal reporting, and budgeting. Samanthi handles program assessments and data maintenance via the MEP's Salesforce CRM and participates in preparing and reviewing budget allocations for grants and other funding programs for MEP. In addition, Samanthi facilitates communication and fosters relationships with internal and external constituents.

Background:

Samanthi has many years of experience in banking, finance, and higher education in research grant search and account/grant management. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University Global and a bachelor’s degree with a distinction in Communication-Human Relations and a minor in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University West Lafayette.
